Return/Refund/Replacement Policy

This Agreement will remain in effect until 2022.

At Khanz Group under the trade name Dil Mohammad Car Spare Parts Co LLC, we always try to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that there are times when you do need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us subject to the below terms & conditions.

All returns/refunds/replacements require prior approval; please contact us either by phone or online to receive your approval prior to shipping the item(s).

Return and Replacement

Reference to the parts received by the customer with a manufacturing fault, Dil Mohammad Car Spare Parts Co LLC will replace it without any additional cost however shipping & clearing charges will be charged to the customer.

If the customer opts for a refund and does not want a replacement and credit, Dil Mohammad Car Spare Parts Co LLC will deduct the shipping charges (for both send and receive) together with clearing charges.

Financial charges associated with the refund shall be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Customer can cancel the order if it is not shipped, however, Dil Mohammad Car Spare Parts Co LLC will reserve the right to deduct a 5% of the cancellation fee.

Once you have submitted your request a returns specialist will call or email you within 48 hours (please allow us additional time for weekends and holidays) followed by an approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Dil Mohammad Car Spare Parts Co LLC. is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer’s name, address and order number) on or in the box.

For Returns, Conditions need to fulfill.

  1. Are in their original packaging
  2. Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
  3. Are not damaged due to improper installation
  4. Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions
  5. Electrical Items are Nun Refundable.

Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a return specialist will contact you to facilitate.

The return will be made to the original mode of payment only.

Additional Costs

Khanz Group under the trade name Dil Mohammad Car Spare Parts Co will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, rental car expenses, or other additional costs for any reason.

Damaged Products

Damages products follow the same return process please indicate “Received Damaged Product” within 1 day after Receiving and include details. Please include your Order Number on all correspondence.

Cancellation of Sale

Please note, all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the Auto Parts warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order.

No orders can be canceled after the payment has been confirmed.

NOTE: You may be required to provide the Order Number.

*Defective means the part has a manufacturing fault.
